Southeast Rural Community Assistance Project, Inc. or SERCAP, strives to bring awareness surrounding the lack of access to Clean, Safe Drinking Water that plagues many. Without clean, safe drinking water and environmentally sound wastewater facilities there is little opportunity for economic growth and development, especially in the rural areas within the United States of America.
SERCAP's Water Is Life! Fund provides resources which assist communities with Water/Wastewater Infrastructure Projects, Community and Economic Development Projects, and other services as determined by the community's need. These resources contribute to the improvement of Environmental Health, increase of Community and Individual Economic Self-sufficiency through increased income potential, and provide support to economically challenged communities through self-help projects.
